Heifer International is an organization dedicated to relieving global hunger and poverty by providing gifts of livestock, as well as education in sustainable agriculture, to financially disadvantaged families around the world.

Hope North is an accredited school on a 40-acre campus in Uganda where 210 refugees, orphans and escaped child soldiers find a place to call home. In this safe and vibrant cultural setting, resident students are rebuilding their lives through education and vocational training.
